Born and raised in Denver, Ava graduated from Cherry Creek High School, where she distinguished herself academically while actively participating in athletics and student organizations. Friends and teachers admired her determination, positive attitude, and willingness to support others both inside and outside the classroom.
Following graduation, Ava continued her education at the University of Arizona, where she became a cherished member of the Pi Beta Phi Arizona Alpha Chapter. She spent several years competing with Barcelona Elite Player, serving as team captain for five years and demonstrating exceptional leadership on and off the field. She also balanced work responsibilities as a babysitter and previously served as a receptionist at a dental office while pursuing her education, reflecting her strong work ethic and commitment to helping others.
